To ensure that we are offering our customers the safest delivery options we are working with our couriers to provide different options, see below for details on Hermes.

Will be asking for customers to choose a safe place for deliveries. Anybody due to receive a parcel should visit the tracking section on the Hermes website and choose 'divert' to select a safe place. 

If a safe place hasn't been chosen but there is somewhere safe to deliver the parcel, then couriers will leave it there, even when there is someone in the property. A photo will be taken and this will be included in the delivery notification email. 

For parcels requiring a signature, Hermes couriers can temporarily do this on behalf of the customer to avoid unnecessary contact via hand-held devices. This will only happen when the customer opens the door and gives their name for security reasons. The courier will stay at least two steps away.

If there is no safe place available, please be assured that Hermes will always attempt delivery three times. 

We will continue to do our very best to help out our customers. So we have decided to give everyone an automatic 15% discount at checkout while we as a planet deal with this virus. Free delivery will also be included with orders over £45 now.

We will keep these going until further notice. Plus anyone who makes an order will receive a special promotion when this is finally all over via email, just as a thank you for supporting our business at this difficult time.

We're running business as usual at the moment to ensure that all deliveries get to customers on time. You shouldn't experience any delays - confirmed delivery dates will be shown at checkout.

Once you've placed your order you’ll be able to get the latest updates on your order by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log into ‘My Account' and click 'Track This Order'. 

There is nothing to suggest this is a concern and we are staying updated with the latest official advice.

We appreciate that there will be difficulties in some areas in returning your orders as easily as you would normally. To support the current restrictions in place due to Covid-19, if you return an order within 40 days of it being delivered, or available for collection you’ll get a full refund to your original payment method (*as per our returns policy). If you return after 40 days, you’ll get a gift voucher locked to your account.

Yes, some of our products are manufactured in China and we’re not able to provide the exact date that items were sent from China. There is nothing to suggest this is a concern and we are staying updated with the latest official advice.
